Job Title

Assist with purchasing materials, products, or aviation components. Create, process, and monitor purchase orders. Request and review supplier quotes. Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery status. Track open orders and follow up on delayed materials. Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier information. Support sourcing and supplier management activities. Help resolve order, invoice, or delivery discrepancies. Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing needs. Assist with supplier performance tracking. Support inventory availability and material planning efforts. Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes. Learn KP Aviation's internal procedures, systems, and aviation requirements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
