AP Specialist II

Century Group is in search of an experienced AP Specialist II to join a team in DTC. Qualified candidates with 5+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $27 per hour.

Job Description:

• PO backed invoices and processing within system
• Utilize automated system Coupa to verify 3-way invoice matching
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Purchase order experience with buyers
• AP Accruals
• Reconciliations a plus

Requirements:

• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
• Ability to use pivot tables and VLOOKUP's.
• Coupa, Solomon, Microsoft Dynamics SL or Great Plains accounting software application experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Able to adapt to changing priorities
