AP/AR Specialist

The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This includes ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections, as well as maintaining detailed financial records and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors/customers. This role is essential to the integrity of our financial operations and cash flow management.**Primary Responsibilities** **Preferred Skills & Experience** 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Business Central, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)Experience reconciling accounts and managing collections Familiarity with invoice matching, purchase orders, and payment processing Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment * Discretion when handling sensitive financial information* **Compensation expected to be $55,000 to $65,000 dependent on experience.**At New Charter Technologies, we’re investing in our people – through growth and learning initiatives, employee benefits, company innovation, and more.
