Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of equipment and facility maintenance tasks to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations throughout a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This role focuses on executing preventive maintenance plans, performing timely repairs, and supporting production changeovers to maximize equipment uptime while complying with GMP and SOP standards.
Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong diversified experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with electrical systems up to 480V, including machine and motor wiring.
• Understanding of PLC inputs and outputs sufficient to support troubleshooting and basic diagnostics.
• Demonstrated experience working under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting and repair safely and effectively.
• Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems.
• Strong documentation skills for recording maintenance activities in ERP or similar systems.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to facility guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment that produces products for medical or regulated applications.
• Comfort working on multiple production lines and adjusting to varying production demands.
• Ability to work independently on a third shift schedule while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain tools, parts, and mechanical rooms in an orderly manner.
• Attention to detail in following SOPs, GMP requirements, and safety procedures.
• Willingness to support and contribute to a positive, evolving workplace culture.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
