Commercial Property Manager

Location: Chicago Area (Southwest Suburbs), IL — Onsite, 3–4 days/week Overview This is a rare find: a Property Manager role built for someone who wants to do relationship management, not spreadsheet management. Join a full-service asset management and investment firm with deep roots in commercial real estate — 135+ properties across 28 states, a track record spanning nearly three decades, and a specialty in government-leased building. You'll manage a portfolio of 12 commercial buildings, each with a single government tenant, and become the go-to person who keeps those tenants happy, those buildings running, and those vendor relationships tight!
