Manage time efficiently to handle a high volume of inbound leads. Requirements Proven experience and success as a mortgage banker. No more than three different job roles within the last five years. Highly motivated by financial success, aiming for $150,000+ annual earnings. Strong work ethic and ability to quickly learn new systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
