This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently while delivering a great customer experience. As our Mobile Technician, you’ll bring professional automotive service directly to our customers—whether that means routine maintenance, diagnosing an issue, or completing a repair. You’ll have the tools and support of a dealership behind you while enjoying the independence and variety that comes with a mobile role.What You’ll Be DoingTravel to customer locations and provide professional on-site automotive service and repairsPerform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and moreComplete thorough vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance or repair needsDiagnose mechanical concerns and perform quality repairs and component replacementsWork with a variety of vehicle makes and modelsClearly explain recommended services and repairs to customersProvide professional, friendly customer service from start to finishMaintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and equipmentFollow all safety, manufacturer, and industry standardsKeep your service vehicle, tools, and work area clean and organizedTake ownership of your work and deliver quality results every timeJump in and support the team wherever neededWhat We’re Looking ForAutomotive Technician experience; mobile service experience is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic/troubleshooting skillsComfortable working independently and managing your time in the fieldAbility to use automotive diagnostic tools and equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workProfessional communication and customer service skillsValid driver’s license and a clean driving recordASE certifications or other relevant technical certifications are a plusAbility to successfully complete required pre-employment screeningsWhat We OfferCompetitive payHealth, dental & vision insurancePaid Time Off401(k) with company matchOpportunities to grow your skills and career within CapitalA team that values your experience, hard work, and ideasWhy Capital?At Capital, our greatest capital is our people.
