Mobile Service Technician
Genius Talent has partnered with a top-tier provider specializing in on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement services, and we're seeking motivated Mobile Service Technicians to join their growing team. If you have a passion for mechanics, enjoy engaging directly with customers, and excel in problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Service, assemble, and install hydraulic and industrial hoses for a variety of customers.
- Conduct service calls within the local area, providing on-site solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Maintain and organize company van and equipment to ensure readiness for each job.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as required to support the team and customer needs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving record and the ability to operate a company vehicle safely
