Responsibilities:

• Service, assemble, and install hydraulic and industrial hoses for a variety of customers.
• Conduct service calls within the local area, providing on-site solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Maintain and organize company van and equipment to ensure readiness for each job.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as required to support the team and customer needs.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• A positive, customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean driving record and the ability to operate a company vehicle safely
