Senior Specialist, Investor Servicing

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Investor Servicing to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida. Responsibilities Lead the execution of client transactions by applying advanced knowledge in transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize transaction workflows, improving efficiency and reducing operational risks. Serve as a subject matter expert in client processing, providing guidance and training to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development. Monitor and analyze transaction processing metrics to identify trends and implement improvements, enhancing the overall client experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred. Typically 7‑12 years of experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to manage complex transaction processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in transaction processing systems and a keen ability to leverage technology for process improvements.
