The Krusteaz Company is hiring a Sr. HR Generalist for our Kent Dry Mix Plant. You will provide expert HR support to employees and managers, lead full-cycle recruiting, onboard new hires, and drive HR initiatives in partnership with the Plant HR Manager and Corporate HR team. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR, strong knowledge of HRIS/ATS, and familiarity with employment laws.
