Endpoint Infrastructure Administrator

Exciting opportunity on a full time salaried basis for an experienced Endpoint Infrastructure/Systems Administrator. This will be 100% onsite in the Eden Prairie, MN area. Seeking an Endpoint Infrastructure Systems Administrator to manage and support enterprise endpoint infrastructure across Windows and macOS environments. Responsible for endpoint management, security, advanced technical support, and collaborating with IT teams to maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment. What you'll do: Administer and optimize Windows and macOS endpoint management platforms Deploy, configure, and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals Manage endpoint security, compliance, patching, antivirus, and endpoint detection solutions Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues while serving as an escalation point Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and other enterprise applications Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, user provisioning, and endpoint security policies Support Cisco Meraki networking, wireless, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP environments Participate in security initiatives, vulnerability remediation, and incident response Mentor junior support staff and contribute to continuous improvement across IT operations Required Qualifications Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management platforms (Endpoint Central, Intune, Kandji, Jamf, or similar) Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) 2+ years of enterprise IT support experience Experience administering Windows and macOS devices Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications Experience with Cisco Meraki environments Knowledge of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and security best practices The salary range for this type of role is approximately $65,000 - $75,000. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. The final rate will be determined by factors such as experience, market trends, and specific job assignments.
