This role focuses on operational support and day-to-day management of Strategic Insurance Clients. This role focuses on operational support and day-to-day management of Strategic Insurance Clients. Job Responsibilities Build and support an enhanced operations servicing model, ensuring clients understand investment portfolios and addressing questions/issues across diverse credit investments. Oversee daily reconciliation processes with stakeholders to ensure accurate records for monthly close processes. Assist with private deal fundings, pipeline management, and client communication for smooth transaction closings. Oversee daily/monthly reporting, improve reporting solutions, and ensure accurate data review before client delivery. Coordinate responses for ad-hoc client queries, ensuring timely follow-up and responses. Qualifications Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience 3-10 years of related experience Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Experience with Insurance Accounting systems (Clearwater, PAM, Aladdin) is a strong plus Compensation Pay Rate: $65 – $80/hr, DOE #J-18808-Ljbffr Landing Point
