Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the individual needs of children with developmental delays.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique circumstances.

• Regularly monitor and assess outcomes, collaborating with team members to ensure effective strategy execution.

• Educate and support families by providing resources, skill-building opportunities, and evidence-based practices to enhance child development.

• Engage with children and families to build rapport, creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment that promotes growth.

• Utilize a coaching model and Natural Learning Environment Practices to facilitate skill development in children.
\n
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, maintaining high standards of practice to protect the health and safety of clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on young children, specifically infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your work will have a profound impact on their ability to reach developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills during their formative years. Providing early intervention support is critical, as it lays the groundwork for lifelong growth and development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license to meet potential on-site visitations, if necessary.

• Demonstrated experience working with children in early intervention settings, ideally for at least one year.
