HRIS Analyst

Location 3001 ORCHARD VISTA DR SE,STE 300,Grand Rapids, MI, 49546-7094,United States Employee Type FT Exempt The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, and optimization of TGW's Human Resources Information Systems, including UKG Ready and SAP SuccessFactors. This role serves as the primary technical resource for the HR systems, supporting system configuration and optimization, reporting and analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations through efficient use of technology. The HRIS Analyst partners closely with global technology teams to ensure enterprise HR technology solutions effectively support and address local HRIS needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as primary subject matter expert for UKG Ready, SAP SuccessFactors, and related HR technology platforms. Configures, maintains, and optimizes HR system workflows, processes, permissions, and selfservice functionality to support evolving business needs. Develops and maintains comprehensive reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Leads local and supports global HR system upgrades and implementations, ensuring successful deployment of new functionality and processes. Collaborates with cross-functional business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow automation, and enhanced utilization of HR technology. Develops and maintains system documentation, work instructions, and training guides, and conducts end-user training. Troubleshoots system, process, data, and user issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as required to reach resolutions. Conducts regular audits of system data, maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Supports HR initiatives, including performance management, compensation planning, talent management, workforce planning, compliance reporting, and other strategic projects. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HRIS administration, HR Operations, or related systems experience required. SAP SuccessFactors experience required. Skills & Abilities Extensive experience administering SAP SuccessFactors (required), UKG Ready (a plus), or other enterprise HRIS platforms. Advanced proficiency in creation of HR reports, dashboards, workforce analytics, and data visualizations. Prior experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, and testing. Demonstrated experience supporting HR systems within multi-state organizations (required) and global organizations (a plus). Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc. Physical Requirements Ability to remain stationary at a desk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 20 lbs on occasion. Ability to use office equipment, computers, and various electronic devices constantly throughout workday. Ability to move around office environment and reach with hands and arms regularly. Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing, on a frequent basis. Ability to focus and complete tasks throughout workday in office environment. Other Requirements This position may require work at TGW customer sites. TGW’s customers may require background checks before accessing their sites.
