Digital Product Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the product development lifecycle, and works with autonomy. You'll bring digital experiences from concept through launch, keeping projects organized, teams aligned, and clients informed along the way. You're comfortable managing multiple projects at once, translating client needs into actionable plans, and creating structure without adding unnecessary process. And you're as at home discussing timelines and budgets as you are helping a team clarify requirements, identify risks, and solve problems. What Success Looks Like in This Role Deliverables are brand-aligned, strategically structured, accurate, and delivered on time Clients feel supported, informed, and confident at every stage Internal teams receive clear, actionable documentation and feedback Pages launch with correct content, strong UX flows, and minimal rework You help strengthen Tractorbeam's overall delivery discipline through templates, frameworks, and processes Your work helps provide velocity for strategy, design, and development phases What You'll Do Project Planning & Delivery Lead projects from kickoff through launch and post-launch support Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate internal teams and ensure everyone understands priorities, responsibilities, and next steps Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks Help define project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for design and development teams Team & Client Communication Serve as the key point of coordination between internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners Lead project status meetings and communicate progress, decisions, risks, and next steps clearly Partner with account management to support strong client relationships and successful project delivery Manage changes to scope and timelines and communicate impacts to the appropriate stakeholders Process & Operations Maintain project documentation, task management tools, and other systems needed to support project delivery Manage incoming support tickets and prioritize day-to-day client requests alongside project work Right-size processes and documentation to each project, and help improve how the team works over time Support resource planning and help identify team capacity needs and scheduling conflicts Contribute to project retrospectives and apply learnings to future work Quality & Launch Coordinate quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities Coordinate launch plans and support a smooth transition from development to production Track post-launch needs and help prioritize ongoing enhancements or fixes Content Strategy & Development (Preferred, but not Required) Translate strategic goals into actionable content guidelines, messaging frameworks, and page-by-page recommendations Create (or oversee creation of) high-quality content deliverables, including web and application copy (UX copy, landing pages, product/service descriptions, CTAs), content migration plans and governance documents, and blog outlines and articles Maintain and push a high standard for tone, clarity, brand alignment, narrative quality, and user experience What You Bring 2+ years of experience managing digital, web, software, or interactive projects Experience working with cross-functional teams that may include strategy, UX/UI design, development, content, and marketing Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive problem solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms Familiarity with the digital product or website development lifecycle Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts without needing to be a developer Strong attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture A collaborative, team-first mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed Nice to Have Experience working in a marketing, creative, digital, or product agency environment Experience managing website redesigns, CMS implementations, or web application projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Tractorbeam
