Brock & Scott, PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Foreclosure Legal Assistant to support attorneys and paralegal/managers with the day-to-day operations of our foreclosure practice. This role provides administrative and legal support, helps maintain accurate case information and documentation, and assists with ensuring compliance with client and legal requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What You’ll Do Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegal/managers throughout the foreclosure process. Assist with preparing, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents and case files. Enter, update, and track case information in internal systems and web-based platforms. Assist with deadlines, case status updates, correspondence, and other administrative tasks to support timely case progression. Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, vendors, and other parties as needed. Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy, completeness, and formatting. Follow established procedures and assist with maintaining compliance with client requirements, legal regulations, and firm policies. Identify issues and use sound judgment to resolve routine problems, escalating matters when appropriate. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
