Chipotle - 3017 North Sanders Street - Responsibilities: Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service; Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment; Monitor food safety including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and following Daily Food Safety Checklist; Help resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences; Develop and cross train all front of house Crew; assist with crew performance reviews and with miscellaneous office administration duties
