What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient needs using the nursing process and develop individualized care plans
Communicate, delegate, and collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changing conditions
Deliver patient education and discharge instructions
Adhere to all safety, compliance, and legal standards
Document care delivery and clinical data accurately and efficiently

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Proficiency in computer and software applications
Strong communication, organization, and judgment skills

Preferred:

Certification in an emergency care specialty
