Studio Manager & Community Outreach
Looking for a creative and fulfilling role where you can combine your love for art and community? Join our vibrant paint-your-own-pottery studio, a warm and welcoming space offering a light food menu, drinks, and relaxing entertainment for all ages. We’re searching for a Studio Manager & Community Outreach leader to bring their skills and passion to our team, helping us grow and connect with our local community.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Studio Manager & Community Outreach lead, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our pottery studio while fostering a fun and inviting atmosphere for customers and staff alike. You’ll manage studio activities, ensure smooth operations, and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you’ll take the lead in building connections with the local community, organizing events, and promoting the studio to engage new audiences. This role is perfect for someone who loves a mix of hands-on management and creative outreach.
QualificationsWe’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role, ideally in a customer-facing environment. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A creative and outgoing personality with a knack for community engagement.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for art, events, and creating memorable experiences.
Compensation will be based on experience and discussed during the interview process.
