Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your time in the role.
