Product Data Manager

Job Title: Product Data & Operations Administrator Location: Edison, NJ Type of Employment: Permanent / Direct Hire In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid Job Summary: LHH is partnering with consumer product manufacturing organization in Edison, NJ to hire a Product Data & Operations Administrator to support sales operations, product data management, pricing administration, and reporting functions. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate product, customer, pricing, and sales information while partnering with multiple departments across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel experience, and the ability to manage large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities: Generate and distribute recurring sales and customer performance reports Provide reporting and business insights to support Sales leadership Prepare commission reports and maintain sales representative records and agreements Manage customer pricing programs, trade agreements, discount structures, and promotional initiatives Coordinate pricing updates and resolve pricing discrepancies with internal teams Create, update, and maintain product and item records within company systems and customer portals Conduct audits to ensure product and pricing data remains accurate across platforms Serve as a primary resource for product, pricing, and customer information Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product Management, IT, and other departments Maintain company price lists and product catalogs Identify opportunities for process improvements related to reporting, pricing, and data management Develop and update standard operating procedures and process documentation Support special projects and other operational initiatives as needed Required Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, reporting, product data management, pricing administration, or a similar role Experience working with sales reporting, analytics, and business data Strong knowledge of product master data and pricing maintenance Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or a similar ERP system Knowledge of PowerBI a plus Understanding of data governance and business process workflows Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance, STD, LTD, and AD&D 401(k) with company match Profit sharing Weekly pay Collaborative team environment Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
