As a Market and Product Expansion Manager within Kinexys, you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products. As a core contributor of the team, you will drive high-impact initiatives and deliver on our most critical priorities. Job responsibilitiesConducts comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behaviorPerforms market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvementsDevelops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific marketsAdvises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checksSupport the development and ongoing refinement of strategy for our business, translating priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomesConduct quantitative analysis to inform go-to-market strategy, including sizing opportunities and assessing adoption/segment dynamicsCoordinate with stakeholders across product, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and operationsPrepare clear, concise presentation materials for senior leadershipMaintain an informed view of the digital assets and broader fintech landscapeRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldConsulting or strategy experience Strong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirementsProven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize complex/ambiguous information into structured insights and recommendationsMaintaining both a collaborative working style while also being very comfortable working independently with minimal guidancePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsCuriosity about digital assets, blockchain, and fintechAbility to learn new concepts quickly JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
