Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Description We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to run the systems behind our marketing engine. This is a hands-on, in-the-platform role. You will spend most of your day inside HubSpot — building workflows, managing lists and segments, keeping our data clean, and pushing send on our email campaigns. This role reports directly to the Director of Growth Marketing and is embedded in the systems and data infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine. You will work cross-functionally with our sales and Revenue Operations teams to keep data clean and flowing between platforms. Marketing leadership sets the priorities; your job is to make sure everything gets built right — campaigns launch on time, emails are QA’d and error-free, contact records are accurate, and the system works the way it should. What You Will Do HubSpot Administration & Data Hygiene Serve as the day-to-day administrator of HubSpot — managing properties, lists, forms, users, and permissions. Keep our database clean and current: deduplicate records, normalize fields, manage imports, and maintain data hygiene standards. Build and maintain audience lists and segments to support campaign targeting. Monitor the HubSpot–Salesforce sync, flagging and resolving errors in partnership with our Revenue Operations team. Email & Campaign Execution Build, test, schedule, and send marketing emails, including newsletters, nurture sequences, and event promotions. Set up and maintain workflows, drip sequences, forms in HubSpot. Own HubSpot form management on our website — keeping embed codes up to date on our Webflow landing pages, and ensuring submissions route accurately and trigger the right workflows. Run QA protocols before every send — checking links, rendering, personalization tokens, and list accuracy. Maintain campaign naming conventions and UTM tagging so performance is trackable. Reporting & Team Support Pull lists, exports, and reports as requested, and keep existing dashboards up to date. Track and share email and campaign performance metrics, including opens, clicks, conversions, and deliverability. Execute campaign and system requests from the growth marketing team with speed and accuracy. Document processes so our systems stay consistent as we grow. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or CRM administration. Hands-on experience in HubSpot — you know your way around workflows, lists, properties, and email tools (certification a plus, not required). A detail-oriented, QA-first mindset — you catch the broken link before it goes out, not after. Comfort working with data: imports, exports, deduplication, and spreadsheet cleanup. Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Nice to Have HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Email Marketing, or Revenue Operations). Familiarity with Salesforce and how CRM data flows between platforms. Experience with data enrichment tools such as Clay.
