CARE Veterinary Center is looking for a f ull - t ime Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our Day Shift team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Frederick, MD.


About You

Y ou'll play an important role in pets' lives by creating a welcoming and supportive experience for clients and patients alike. Your life-changing work will range from coordinating appointments and managing patient admissions and discharges, to providing exceptional client service and helping families navigate every step of their pet's visit.

Your Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 years of clinical veterinary experience

• Customer/Client Service experience required

• Superior/advanced technical skills

• Possesses a positive work attitude

• Self-motivated

• Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $18 - $22 /hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
