We’re on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Pastry Cook to join our team and to help deliver unforgettable hospitality in a one-of-a-kind setting.
What You’ll Do:
· Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications in line with SUSHI SAMBA standards
· Coordinate the delivery of all food items within the required time standards. Demonstrating product standards and knowledge
· Prepare and plate food items according to specifications and preset time limits
· Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained
· Communicate any product run outs, equipment issues and service issues
· Assist in the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous experience working as a Pastry Cook or higher
· The ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently
· The ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
· Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
· Full ownership of your role
· Possession of valid Food Handler Card
· Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S
