SalesForce Developer

Role Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce platform tools.
• Build and enhance custom Salesforce functionality for internal users, partners, and customer-facing business processes.
• Contribute to Salesforce Experience Cloud or Communities development, including partner portal features and workflow improvements.
• Support development related to multi-offer presentation workflows and automated document intake or collection processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce customizations, integrations, automations, and user experiences.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce platform issues and support continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Apex.
• Proven experience building user interfaces and custom functionality with Lightning Web Components.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data models, security, automation, and customization capabilities.
• Experience developing, enhancing, or maintaining Salesforce-based business workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment practices, sandbox environments, change sets, DevOps tools, or similar release processes.
• Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Strong preference for candidates with direct Apex and Lightning Web Components experience in production Salesforce environments.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services, lending, financing, loan origination, merchant cash advance, credit products, Salesforce Experience Cloud, partner portals, document automation, Salesforce integrations, or third-party financial systems.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or JavaScript Developer I.
