- 10/10, 10/11 8a-8a
- 10/24-10/27 8a-8a
- 11/16-11/18 8a-8a
- 11/21, 11/22 8a-8a
- 12/12, 12/13 8a-8a
- 12/19, 12/20 8a-8a

Clinical Details

15-18 patients per day in clinic
10/15 procedures per week
3-4 surgeries per week
EMR: Cerner
99 beds
Required procedures Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
Preferred: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
Disposable flexible cystoscopes available

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active AZ License or IMLC
DEA
Minimum 1 year experience
