Wir sind Alpurial , ein innovatives E-Commerce-Unternehmen mit Fokus auf hochwertige Produkte für Pferde und starke Markenwelten. Unser Ziel ist es, durch Kreativität, klare Markenführung und digitale Exzellenz nachhaltig zu wachsen.

Dafür suchen wir dich: Grafikdesigner E-Commerce, der/die unseren visuellen Online-Auftritt gestaltet, weiterentwickelt und unsere Marke kreativ in Szene setzt.

Vollzeit/Teilzeit oder Werkstudent – nahezu alles möglich (Remote/Hybrid). Bitte nur keine Freelancer melden – wir suchen jemanden für unser Team langfristig.

Aufgaben

Gestaltung von Paid-Ad-Creatives
Gestaltung von Web-Grafiken (Onlineshop, Newsletter, Social Media...).
Erstellung von Aktions- und Kampagnenbannern (z. B. Sales, Produktneuheiten, saisonale Aktionen, Newsletter Grafiken).
Sicherstellung einer konsistenten, hochwertigen Bildsprache im Einklang mit unserer Marke
Erstellung von Grafiken für Landingpages
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Performance Marketing Team
Nutzung moderner Design-Tools & KI-Technologien (z. B. Canva, Adobe CC, Figma, MidJourney, Gemini)
Optional: Umsetzung von kurzen Videos oder animierten Snippets für Ads und Social Media.

Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Graphic Designer / Creative Designer im E-Commerce oder Performance Marketing (oder vergleichbares) in D2C oder Agentur
Verständnis für verkaufspsychologische Prinzipien (Hooks, Aufmerksamkeit, Benefits, CTAs)
Erfahrung mit Paid Social Creatives (kein reines Print- oder Brand-Design)
Kreativität, Gespür für Trends, modernes Design und Markenästhetik.
Affinität für KI Tools
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch.
