About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter (m/w/d) with a focus on the IT sector to join our HR team at the Kiel central administration. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in attracting and selecting top IT talent to support our company's growth and operational needs. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding, administering our applicant management system (REXX), and developing innovative recruiting strategies. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their staffing requirements, participate in career fairs and employer branding events, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a successfully completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship complemented by three to five years of relevant administrative experience. Prior experience with applicant management systems, preferably REXX, is essential. You should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a strong service orientation, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications and fluency in German, both spoken and written, are required. A proactive attitude, high engagement levels, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also important qualities for this role. Responsibilities Collaborate with departmental managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job advertisement, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and selection. Administer and provide training on our applicant management system (REXX) to ensure efficient and compliant hiring processes. Design and implement innovative recruiting campaigns to enhance employer branding and attract high-quality candidates. Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives to promote CITTI as an attractive employer. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate reports to support HR decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, especially within the IT sector.
