Job requirements:

• Must communicate fluently in both English & Spanish – they will be taking phone calls directed to our office
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality as we deal with legally sensitive matters/information
• Must be comfortable/proficient using a computer, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
• Must have driver’s license and clean driving record (also for driver insurance purposes)
• Must be able to climb stairs while carrying up to 15 lbs.

Job responsibilities:

• Answer to Office and Warehouse Supervisors from all branches for their staffing needs.
• Stay connected with all agencies via Outlook to provide descriptions for job openings and coordinate interviews with our supervisors.
• Provide job offers and inform agencies when job assignment has ended for temporary staff.
• Maintain temporary staff list with department supervisors, monitor pay rate, and start & end date.
• Calculate each temporary employee’s hours worked for the week on their timecard.
• Once hired on – Will need to occasionally drive a company vehicle to our other locations or to the local post office
• Receive all invoices from agencies, audit to make sure hours billed are correct for each temp
• General filing/office tasks as needed
