As a Concierge/Hospitality Team Member at Level, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Greet clients warmly, assist with check-in/out procedures, and provide personalized recommendations for services based on client needs and preferences.
• Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding customer service at all touchpoints, ensuring that clients' inquiries, requests, and concerns are addressed promptly and courteously.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a wellness or hospitality setting.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional client service.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge or interest in holistic wellness practices, including mind-body therapies, nutrition, spa treatments, and beauty services.

Proficiency in computer applications such as scheduling software, email, and basic office programs, preferred.
