Neil Slattery Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling in Farmingdale, NJ is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher to keep our office running smoothly. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER

As a Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you are the key to keeping our customers happy and informed. You interact with customers to ensure that their HVAC and plumbing issues are correctly identified and that the appropriate services and technicians are scheduled and dispatched. When issues and concerns come up, you professionally and patiently handle them, finding various resolutions and answering questions. You inform clients of their services, help technicians as needed, and keep your workspace clean. You also maintain our client database, so we always have current information and records. You feel great about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER

• 18+ years old
• Exceptional computer skills
• Valid driver's license

Dispatching and customer service experience is preferred but not required. Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Can you manage your time well and effectively prioritize tasks? Do you present yourself professionally? Can you easily establish a good rapport with people? Are you dependable and punctual? Do you take pride in your work? If yes, you might just be perfect for this HVAC dispatch position!
