Executive Chef Pay Grade: 15 Reports To: Systems EC Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 Relocation Assistance: Position requires residence within commutable distance of Macon, GA. Job Summary Lead a high‑volume dining operation for Morrison Healthcare, overseeing kitchen and culinary operations, menu creation, food quality, catering, retail and patient meals, cost control, safety, and sanitation excellence. The role requires strong leadership, financial skills, and high‑volume catering experience. Responsibilities Lead all kitchen and culinary operations. Manage, coach, and develop the culinary team. Create menus and drive food quality. Oversee catering, retail and patient meals, and high‑volume production. Control food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory. Ensure safety and sanitation excellence. Qualifications Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or senior culinary leader experience. Strong leadership and financial management skills.
