We are seeking a motivated individual to support beverage innovation and product development within our Functional Beverages team. This full-time, on-site position offers a dynamic work environment at our Atlanta campus, where you will play a key role in the creation of new beverage products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments for new beverage product development.
• Evaluate new ingredients, formulations, and processing methods.
• Assist in flavor emulsion and delivery system projects.
• Design and execute shelf-life and stability studies, analyze data, and prepare technical summaries.
• Perform specialized laboratory tests using advanced analytical equipment.
• Support procurement and management of laboratory supplies.
• Conduct literature reviews and technical research to support project objectives.
• Prepare beverage prototypes and maintain accurate laboratory records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Commitment to a minimum 1-year tenure.

Preferences

• Experience with emulsion preparation, delivery systems, and food ingredients such as gums, hydrocolloids, proteins, sweeteners, and food colors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced R&D environment.
