Administers rewards and recognition programs from a compensation perspective, including service and other awards and related activities with P&C Business Partners, People Technology, and Communications teams, in alignment with established rewards and recognition processes. Ensures adherence to internal compensation policies and supports compliance with applicable regulations and best practices. Performs other duties as assigned.
