As a Renegade producer you drive new personal lines business for the agency generating leads, building pipeline, and closing, backed by a base salary, full benefits, and access to multiple carriers so you win more deals. This is a sales seat for someone who already produces and wants the stability of a W2 with real commission upside. What you’ll actually do (day to day) Generate leads and build pipeline — through cold outreach (calls, email, social), community networking, and local events. Keep your funnel full. Follow up and close — work your leads persistently; quote across our multiple-carrier panel, present the best options, and bind competitive coverage (primarily home & auto). Bundle and cross-sell — round out every account (e.g., add auto to a home policy) to maximize each client and your commission. Hit your numbers — meet weekly and monthly new-business production targets, tracked in the agency management system. Represent Renegade locally — build a referral presence through community networking and events. Stay sharp — keep current on carrier appetite, rates, and the Florida market. What you bring Active Florida 2-20 General Lines (P&C) producer license required — this is the selling/producer license; a 4-40 Customer Representative license does not qualify A proven history of new business production and book growth in personal lines (home & auto) Strength in cold outreach, community networking, and closing High agency, extreme ownership, and ambition, the #1 thing we hire for Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year uncapped commission on new business room to grow.
