Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for perioperative care, verify consent, and review surgical histories and allergies
- Assist during procedures as a scrub and circulating nurse; maintain sterile technique and instrument counts
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively, support anesthesia care team, and respond to intraoperative changes
- Manage equipment, supplies, and specimen handling; ensure accurate documentation of perioperative care
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader care team; communicate with patients and families as appropriate
- Adhere to infection control standards and organizational policies; ensure patient safety and quality outcomes

Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- 1+ year of OR/perioperative nursing experience preferred
- Nursing degree (ADN or BSN); ability to practice in an operating room setting
- Able to work 4x10-hour day shifts and meet the demands of the OR environment
