Position Overview The Insurance Account Representative position has three main roles: communicate with potential customers and write insurance. You will be expected to: Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Educate customers about insurance options and conduct policy reviews. Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
