Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a vibrant educational setting. This role is designed to provide essential assistance, sharing your expertise across two elementary school campuses in the Santa Clara area—Braly Elementary (serving students with moderate to moderate needs) and Briarwood Elementary (working primarily with general education and preschool populations). Your work schedule offers full-time hours, with each day spent at a different location, providing variety and the chance to collaborate with diverse teams.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
• Prior experience in school-based SLP roles desired
• Professional licensure is preferred but not strictly required
• Strong assessment skills and comfort supporting large caseloads
• Adaptability to changing school environments and schedules

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
• Provide additional support across campuses to address overflow and high caseloads
• Conduct student assessments and support IEP documentation as needed
• Collaborate with existing SLPs and special education teams to ensure continuity of care
• Rotate between campus locations, spending one full day per week at each site
• Contribute to a positive, student-focused atmosphere

This contract begins September 25, 2026, and will continue until a permanent placement is made by the district, offering valuable experience in a supportive educational environment. The assignment promises professional growth while making a significant impact.
