Physical Therapist - Orthopedic Specialist | Western Main Line, PA | Full-Time with $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Join our established orthopedic physical therapy practice in the desirable western Main Line suburbs near Malvern, PA. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with orthopedic conditions, injuries, and movement disorders
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, referring providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy practices and techniques

Required Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

• Orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred
• Manual therapy training or certification
• New graduates strongly encouraged to apply

• Annual salary range: $81,000 - $126,000 (up to $120K+ based on experience)
