We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate service calls for our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams. This role is critical in ensuring efficient scheduling, timely response, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls
- Coordinate daily routes and adjust schedules as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates
- Monitor technician progress and provide real-time support
- Handle incoming calls, service requests, and emergency dispatches
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, invoices, and customer interactions
- Work closely with field technicians and management to optimize operations
- Previous dispatching or customer service experience (preferred in HVAC/plumbing/electrical)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dispatch software and basic computer skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
