WOW! is currently hiring a Senior Field Sales Manager
Grow Your Sales Career and Earn a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Eligible new hires can earn a $3,000 sign-on bonus in three $1,000 installments at 60 days, 90 days, and six months, subject to program requirements.
WOW! is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Sales to lead Field Sales Managers across our markets and drive growth for WOW! Business. You'll develop sales leaders, guide SMB and enterprise sales strategies, and hold teams accountable for revenue, quality, and profitability goals.
What We Offer
$3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires: Earn $1,000 at 60 days, $1,000 at 90 days, and $1,000 at six months, subject to program requirements.
Base Salary: $100,000-$115,000 (based on experience) + commission + performance bonuses!

What You'll Do
Drive sales results: Set quotas, develop business plans, and manage revenue and expense budgets to achieve sales, profit margin, and EBITDA goals.
Lead and develop teams: Recruit, coach, and retain sales talent while ensuring appropriate staffing, training, and performance management.
Manage forecasts and pipelines: Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and ensure full Salesforce compliance.
Improve performance: Use sales data to identify opportunities, address risks, and implement best practices.
Support complex sales: Guide teams selling Ethernet, Internet, and Voice solutions to SMB and enterprise customers.
Build strong partnerships: Work with customers, Commercial Sales, and internal teams to improve territory performance and customer outcomes.
What You Bring
Five years of successful telecommunications sales experience in the Enterprise/GEM space.
3-5 years of experience managing teams selling to enterprise customers.
A track record of meeting revenue goals, developing effective sales strategies, business plans, and forecasts.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate across teams.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and billing systems.
Travel & Working Conditions
Regular travel to customer locations and WOW! offices is required.
This role involves frequent interaction with customers, sales teams, and company leaders, along with routine computer use, handling materials, and reaching at or above shoulder level.
