Responsibilities Final Airworthiness Inspections: Inspect aircraft and components to ensure compliance with Textron Aviation Quality standards and FAA regulations for return to service Quality & Compliance Oversight: Review inspection records, reports, and documentation for accuracy and adherence to RII, Part 135, and internal quality standards Tooling & Equipment Verification: Perform periodic checks and calibrations on precision tools and test equipment to meet FAA and OEM specifications Material & Parts Control: Inspect and accept incoming parts and supplies, ensure proper tagging and traceability, and prevent installation of unairworthy components Technical Documentation & Resources: Use OEM manuals, wiring diagrams, structural repair manuals, and MELs to guide inspections and maintenance procedures Aircraft Walkarounds & Safety Checks: Conduct regular aircraft walkarounds to verify form usage, identify hazards, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment Qualifications This role is eligible for up to a $15,000 (pre‑tax) sign‑on bonus based on level of experience.
