Associate GTM Recruiter

Ramp is expanding its Sales Development organization and is hiring an Associate GTM Recruiter to help scale full-cycle SDR recruitment. This hybrid role is based in New York or San Francisco and focuses on keeping recruiting operations running smoothly at high volume, coordinating candidate steps, and improving speed and quality with AI tools. Role Overview The Associate GTM Recruiter will own key elements of SDR hiring execution, including maintaining pipeline accuracy, coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring candidate communications stay clear and timely. The role also includes updating scorecards and business-case materials so hiring managers evaluate candidates consistently. AI tools are used daily to support drafting outreach, summarizing notes, and accelerating research. Key Responsibilities Own pipeline hygiene in Ashby , moving candidates through stages, keeping data clean, and flagging items that are stuck. Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, panelists, and candidates. Manage clear, timely candidate communications and support a consistently strong candidate experience, including during periods of high volume. Maintain scorecards and business case materials so hiring managers test candidates using the same approach each time. Identify and flag process friction early so issues do not go unnoticed. Use AI daily to draft outreach, summarize notes, and speed up research and related work. Support sourcing and screening using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools like Claude, and internal data. Required Qualifications 0 to 2 years of recruiting, sales, or a candidate/client-facing role. SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus . Demonstrated history of overachieving against a goal or quota in any setting. Strong multitasking ability, managing many candidates and stakeholders without losing details. High emotional intelligence, including the ability to adapt quickly and know when to push or hold back. Trustworthiness with sensitive compensation and candidate information. High organization and attention to detail, catching issues early. Strong written communication . Low ego and high curiosity, with comfort learning the craft beyond executing a checklist. Final compensation depends on the location and the level at which the candidate is hired.
