Operations Manager – EverLine Coatings & Services (San Jose)EverLine Coatings and Services is a rapidly growing pavement maintenance company serving commercial properties across the South Bay. We specialize in line striping, asphalt maintenance, power washing, and specialty coatings. Our mission is to eliminate uncertainty in property maintenance through quality, communication, and reliability.We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead and execute field operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is responsible for building trust with customers through consistent communication, reliability, and high-quality execution.Field Operations:Execute striping, sealcoating, crack filling, and related servicesOperate and maintain equipmentProject Execution:Plan schedules and manage resourcesEnsure jobs are completed on time and within scopeTeam Leadership:Train and supervise crew membersMaintain accountability and productivityCommunication:Provide daily updatesCoordinate with customersSafety:Maintain safe job sitesComplete incident reportsEstimating (Growth Responsibility):Assist in site measurements and estimatesLearn pricing and job costingGradually take ownership of estimatingQualifications:Possess a California driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation.Self-motivated and a proficient problem solver with keen attention to detail.Understand the critical nature of punctuality, organization, and customer satisfaction.Capable of physically demanding work, including walking, bending, and lifting (up to over 100 lbs).Ability to work independently without direct supervision.Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is beneficial.High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree, trade school in asphalt/construction management or equivalent field experience preferred.Working knowledge (2-5 years) with hands-on-heavy asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack-filling, or line striping.What We Offer:Competitive wages and a flexible work schedule.A dynamic and enjoyable work environment with a strong team.Opportunities for training and growth within the company.Other benefits as defined from time to time.Compensation: $80,000.00 per year
