Experiential Designer, Senior Associate

Experiential Designer, Senior Associate Wayfair is seeking an Experiential Designer to help expand and evolve our brand across physical retail and campaigns. From day one, you’ll partner with creative directors, copywriters, marketing, and production teams to build and scale retail assets. You’ll concept and execute experiential projects, bringing a cohesive, consumer‑facing vision to life across in‑store touchpoints. What You’ll Do Bring an impeccable design eye, high taste level, strategic thinking, and ability to capture our brand voices to reach new and existing audiences. Combine a design background with an affinity for home design. Package original design ideas and solutions that result in the creation of compelling design assets. Values style as well as substance. Uphold the integrity of our brand's visual voices through high output branded asset creation. Partner with art directors and copy to create assets across a range of projects, including retail/environmental signage, seasonal campaigns, new store activations, consumer education programs, event design, etc. Manage multiple projects requiring cross‑functional collaboration. Work cross‑functionally and partner with other business groups at Wayfair as needed. Seek and develop ways of helping the team work smarter, faster, and easier. Develop, align on and implement processes when and where necessary. Who You Are Possess a BFA in Graphic Design, or related creative field, or equivalent training. 2 - 5 years of experience designing in a creative environment (agency, in‑house, design studio, or publisher). Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, capable of juggling multiple project types, topics, and deadlines with ease. Excellent at brainstorming and generating creative ideas. Ability to see things from both a creative and business point of view. Experience designing for a variety of mediums, including print and digital. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization. Embodies and promotes a successful attitude, a positive work environment, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results.
