About the Galaxy Summer Internship Program The Galaxy NYC Summer Internship Program is an immersive and exciting, nine-week experience taking place on-site in our New York HQ office. During the nine weeks, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on, practical work experience on our Legal & Compliance team. In addition to learning on the job, Galaxy interns participate in professional development programming, fun social events, and networking opportunities with senior leaders. Program Dates June 8th – August 7th 2026 What You’ll Do Assist in reviewing, drafting and revising legal documents relating to various transactions. Work with members of the Legal & Compliance team to summarize the contents of legal documentation and agreements for applicable business units and propose recommendations to those business units regarding legal issues arising from such agreements. Support members of the Legal & Compliance team in ongoing regulatory analyses and assessments with respect to various transactions and lines of business at Galaxy. Update and maintain databases of legal documentation following the closing of various transactions. What We’re Looking For Current law student (rising 2L or 3L). Ability to work in a fast‑paced deadline‑driven environment. Organized individual with great attention to detail. Ability to work effectively on a team, with good communication skills. Strong capabilities in PowerPoint and Excel. Interest in cryptocurrency and the digital asset space and high‑level knowledge of the underlying technology and the regulatory considerations applicable to the space. Ability to spend the summer in (or commuting distance from) New York City. Eligibility Requirements Law students graduating between May 2027 and May 2028. Students not enrolled in JD programs are not eligible to apply. Interns are classified as non‑exempt employees and will be paid a rate of $55/hr.
