About the Role
The Company is in search of an Interim Dean for its School of Law. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and visionary leader, serving as the chief academic and administrative officer. Key responsibilities include advancing the school's mission of providing access to legal education for underserved and disadvantaged communities, driving initiatives to improve bar passage rates, and expanding fundraising efforts. The Dean will also be tasked with elevating the national profile of the law school and fostering excellence in teaching, scholarship, service, and community engagement. A strong focus on innovation and equity is essential, as is support for the school's signature programs and clinical offerings. Applicants for the Interim Dean position at the company's School of Law should possess a J.D. degree and have a distinguished record in legal education, including experience in academic leadership. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage and inspire faculty, staff, and students. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to the values of the institution, particularly in the areas of access to legal education and social justice.
