HR Operations & Onboarding Coordinator

Hospice-of-Northwest-Ohi is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to support HR processes including benefits administration, onboarding, and managing employee records. The ideal candidate needs a degree in Human Resources or Business, along with at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role. You will play a crucial role in entering and maintaining information, scheduling performance evaluations, and responding to employee inquiries. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
