Real Estate Paralegal

Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to manage all phases of commercial and real estate closing transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless process from inception to final execution while supporting the legal team with expertise in real estate documentation and compliance. Responsibilities Manage all phases of commercial and real estate closing transactions, ensuring a seamless process from inception to final execution. Draft, review, and analyze critical real estate instruments, including deeds, restrictive covenants, construction contracts, and service agreements. Facilitate and process lease agreements, tenant amendments, and related modifications. Prepare and maintain essential corporate documentation, including LLC formations, corporate resolutions, and specialized building forms. Evaluate legal and regulatory documents to mitigate risk and guarantee compliance across all real estate transactions. Requirements 5 years of commercial and residential real estate experience handling closings from start to finish. Must be extremely detail-oriented and work on-site in Newark 5 days a week. Familiarity with all real estate forms mentioned above, including service agreements, deeds, leases, LLCs, corporate resolutions, and covenants.
